Terms and Conditions

All sales are final once a product has been used or cut from the manufacturer dimensions. 

You must have a email copy or in-store receipt for returned products

Any wear and tear on a product will deem the product as final sale

We reserve the right to make an informed decision on returned items and this determination is final

Pro-Contractors

1. Must be enrolled into the program before any rewards points is provided

2. All documents that are requested must be current

3. Must have an HST or GST number to qualify

4. Points are based on Pro Reward products with minimum orders

5. Points are redeemed at store level and credited to the final invoice on or before December 31 of that year.

6. Points are not transferable to the following year.

7. Points can not be used by other persons, only the person that enrolled into the program.
